Here you will find the Master Brackets, Tournament Procedures (Rules), and other important information regarding the tournament.

The winning team should check the online bracket for your next game time. If you (or your opponent) is highlighted, please double check your game time after 7pm the night before your next game. If the game time has changed, it should be updated by then

2025 WCSA Tournament Procedures

Dates:

Mon 10/12, Tue 10/13, Wed 10/14 - Passers first round @ Delhi Park
Sat 10/17, Sun 10/18, Sat 10/24, Sun 10/25 - All levels @ Cleves Community Park (All levels can play on Saturdays and Sundays)

State Tournament: Sat 11/14, Sun 11/15, Sat 11/21, Sun 11/22 @ TBD

The following WCSA Tournament teams will qualify:

Passers - Top 4 Teams
Wings - Top 4 Teams
Strikers - Top 2 Teams
Kickers - Top 2 Teams

Tournament Meeting: Wednesday October 7th - 6:30pm - Elder High School Schaeper Center (Doors open at 6:15)

1 coach from every team that qualifies or is on the bubble MUST attend the meeting. A physical copy of each team's roster must be turned in with a 3rd coach listed and all player jersey numbers listed.
